How to book:

If you find an interesting accommodation for your holiday in Terracina, contact us: if available, we will reserve it and inform you about the
final price and all other details.

After the reservation, to confirm your booking, you have to pay an advance of the 30% of the apartment price.

After the deposit’s payment, we will send you a voucher with booking details and all information to reach Terracina. Now your reservation is 100% confirmed.

You will pay the remaining amount of cash at check-in time.
If you cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Key delivery:
Before your arrival, you will arrange an appointment with a member of our staff. He will deliver the key of the apartment and will give useful information for your stay in Terracina.
Deposit:
At check-in time the client has to give a sum of money as security for serious thefts or damages. The total amount will be re-inbursed at check-out time.
Number of people:
In the apartment’s technical descriptions you will find the maximum number of people that can stay there. You cannot exceed this number.
Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in is generally between 09:00 – 20:00 and check-out is before 12 am. If you cannot respect our timetable, you have to advise our staff in advance.
Arrivals between 20:00 - 24:00 will be charged an extra 25 euro, past 24:00 - 50 euro. Departures between 24:00 - 09:00 will be charged an extra 50 euro.
Apartments’ equipment:
In our apartments you will find accessories and supplies sufficient for the maximum number of people indicated in the technical descriptions.
