How to reserve and pay:

  • When you have found some interesting flat, please contact us, and we will check if the apartment is free and available for your requested period, off course if it is free we will make a reservation for you and we will inform you about the final cost.

  • After the reservation, to confirm your booking, it has to be done an account in advance, (usually is the 30% the total final cost).

  • When we receive the confirmation about the advance of 30%, we will send you a voucher with all the information to reach your next Holiday destination in Terracina (When you receive the voucher your booking is 100 % sure!).

  • The rest of the total rent will be paid at the check-in time.

If you cancel the booking this payment will not be refunded.


House delivery:
  • The delivery of the house has done by Terracina.eu.
    If you like we can arrange with you a meeting point in Terracina, we suggest: COOP supermarket parking = N: 41°17´ 40.80" E: 13°14´ 18.03"

Money on deposit:
  • At the check-In time the client has to give a caution as security.
  • The amount of the deposit will be given back after the check-Out time.

Number of Person:
In the house can stay a number of persons (adult + child) that is not superior to the numbers indicated over the apartment technical descriptions.

Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in is normally between 09:00 – 20:00 and check-out is before 12 am. If you cannot arrive to collect the key to your holiday accommodation between these times, you must advise the local keyholder or agent in advance. Arrivals between 20:00 - 24:00 will be charged an extra 25 euro, past 24:00 - 50 Euro. Departures between 24:00 - 09:00 will be charged an extra 50 Euro.

Apartment equipment:
The houses are fitted up of equipment and accessories sufficient for the number of person indicate in the technical descriptions.
