The dwelling owns four air conditioned suites, with bathrooms and equipped kitchens, a series of common spaces dedicated to relax, enjoy, wellness, fitness and sport.
The living room close to the swimming pool, dominated by a modern fireplace, it’s a perfect place where you can read, discuss, listen to music or simply relax, enjoying the landscape.
The wide swimming pool, where to sunbathe and cool down, it’s the hearth of the wellness area which includes a fascinating Turkish bath and a finn sauna.
A fitness room equipped with modern facilities is available, and for the sport…a hard choise among the polyvalent sports ground, in order to play tennis, basketball and volleyball,a soccer table a tennis table and mountain bikes.
The dwelling is also available for weddings, private or business events.

The Suites
The suites are furnished in an elegant simple style; it is the stone the leit motiv of architectural interior finishings also to remember the real rural environment identity.
Each of the four suites can give hospitality to 2 guests with a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen. A plasma tv and a safe complete the suite kit.
