Descriptions: Casa del Palio is located in the centre, just ten minutes far from Piazza del Campo. All the most important museums and monuments are within easy walking distance from them.
Completely renewed in May 2010, 40 square metres, it has a double room, a kitchen, a large bathroom and it’s furnished with style and modern simplicity.
The sleeping room is equipped with a double bed, two night tables, a wardrobe, a dresser and a floor lamp.
The kitchen is equipped with a double bed sofa, all the household appliances, wash-dishing machine, washing machine included, oven, refrigerator, induction stoves, a folding table and two chairs.
The bathroom has a very large shower cabin and hairdryer.
Every room has a satellite LCD TV, internet access, WI FI on demand, individually controlled heating, ironing facilities.
Pets not accepted, no-smokers only, weekly change of bed and bath leaning.
The price includes: rental, weekly leaning change, heating/air condition, water, energy, internet access, satellite LCD TV.
Not included (obligatory charge): weekly cleaning of the apartments € 35,00 per week.We require a caution of Euro 500,00 refunded at the end of the stay.
Check-in: Saturday from 14:00 onwards.
Check-out: Saturday from 12:00 onwards.
Payment: cash, Bank TT, no credit cards.
